The June 11 ZBA agenda consisted of one item - a property owner on Ardmore Drive, who is in the process of selling his property - has been required to request a variance of 11.10 feet for an above ground pool with a 12' x 12' deck, that were on the property when he purchased it in 1991. The ZBA arranged a site visit for the 22nd of June, with a public hearing on June 25th.
The Meeting was adjourned and then the board spent some time talking amoung themselves with the members of the Building Department.
